They are EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE! I wanted to get my 4 month old cat neutered so I paid $110 for the two shots needed prior to and got an estimation for the neuter. The estimate was $355 just for a neuter so I asked if they had a payment plan I could set up and they told me I could but only if I bought a membership which was an additional $20-$30 a month. The first lady I talked to before the doctor made me feel uncomfortable but I gave two stars because the doctor was nice.
Dr. Thompson and team is extremely knowledgeable about pets and their specific needs. Thanks to the awesome people who work there, Finley has his healthy lifestyle back. If your pet has any kind of allergies (or any issues for that matter) I would highly recommend booking an appointment at country hills pet hospital
Care teams and staff are friendly and helpful. All parts of keeping our pets healthy are covered in detail and documented in easy to understand terms. So glad we found Country Hills when moving to the area a year ago.
Will never go there again nor would I ever refer someone to go there. It's a shame that businesses like this can give it to the little guy and stay in business.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The doctor explained things and did not try to pressure me into additional procedures. He did not rush like most vets I have been to in the past. I would definitely recommend Country Hills Pet Hospital.
